Warranty Terms Conditions
If you do NOT agree with the following terms/conditions you may return your camera within 30 days return period. After 30 days of the return period, you agree with the following terms and conditions. You also agree that after 30 days of purchase there will be NO refund on your purchase for any reason.
1. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
2. Service / Repairs during the warranty period shall be carried out by company authorized personnel only.
3. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to bring the product to the authorized service center at purchaser’s cost and risk.
4. The company will not be liable for any hardware and/or data loss arising from the use of any third party software whether downloaded or otherwise.
5. In the event of repairs and/or replacement of any part(s) of the product, this warranty will remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty.
6. In case of any physical damage to the product and/or misuse detected by the Authorized service center personnel, the warranty be void and service/repairs will be done on the chargeable basis only and subject to availability of parts.
7. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part(s) only.
8. The maximum claim(s) if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower and on the production of original proof of purchase.
9. During the warranty period in the event of any unforeseen circumstances where spares not available a commercial solution in lieu of repairs will be calculated based on company’s prevailing depreciation rules and the same will be binding on the purchaser.
10. The replacement unit will be either new or refurbished based on the availability. 11. Product specifications are subject to change without notice. All trademarks, logos, brands and product names are properties of their respective owners.
12. All product features specified are as per ideal test conditions. No claims/damages shall arise directly or indirectly for nonperformance/underperformance of one or more features specified.
13. MRP is subject to change from time to time due to various factors.
Limitations & What isn't covered by the warranty?
Purchased from an unauthorized reseller. Purchased for resale. Product provided free of charge. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, and dents by improper use. damage is caused by abuse, accident, misuse, water, flood, fire, the act of GOD or any external causes. The product is damaged by any self-repairs / service performed by an unauthorized person or a company. Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission from us directly. Damage is caused by using different power cord or chargers that are not supplied by us. In addition, ROVE reserves the right to refuse warranty against any product or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.

What's Covered
- This warranty covers replacement for the original purchaser in case defects in materials or workmanship occur under normal, intended use.
- This includes use in devices such as dash cams, smartphones, drones, tablets, action cams, and surveillance systems.
What's Not Covered
- The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or is a counterfeit.
- There is any physical damage (cracks, deep scratches, or crushed components).
- The product was damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, water, fire, power surge, or other external causes.
- The product was used in unauthorized, unsupported, or excessive workloads beyond its endurance classification.
- The serial number is missing, altered, or unreadable.
- The product was modified or serviced by anyone other than ROVE.
- The issue relates to data recovery or loss — data stored on the card is not covered.
Additional Terms
- Replacement units may be new or refurbished and carry the remaining warranty from the original product.
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- ROVE’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the memory card. The warranty does not cover any third-party equipment (such as dash cams, drones, CCTV systems, or other devices) in which the card is used. ROVE is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including data loss, equipment malfunction, or revenue loss resulting from such use.
