RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Cancellation:

We accept order cancellation before shipment, and you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order once the product is already shipped out.

At any time before the end of 30 days from your purchase, you can return your product and packaging for any reason (See how to initiate a Return below). To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unused OR in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

To return your product:

USA Customers:

  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please send an email to our Customer Care (help@rovedashcam.com) to obtain RMA# or return shipping label; otherwise, we will not be able to accept a return or locate your package.

 

IMPORTANT: Do NOT ship your item without contacting our customer service first. Otherwise, your item will NOT be returned, and it will be considered a loss.

    2. Once we receive your item, we will notify you of your refund status after inspecting the item.

    3.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment you've used during the purchase.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Usually within 24-72 hours in most cases.

IMPORTANT: If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

*International Customers (Outside USA)

  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send an email to our Customer Care (help@rovedashcam.com) to obtain RMA# before shipping your item; otherwise, we will not be able to accept a return or locate your package.

  1. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our US address within 30 days of purchase.

We will provide you the RMA # and the shipping address at the time when the return is initiated.

IMPORTANT: Any shipping charges are NOT refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Once you ship the item back to us, please provide a valid tracking number. We will process your refund after we receive your package. 

  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Usually within 24-72 hours in most cases.

You are responsible for any additional shipping, customs, or brokerage fees that will be deducted from your order before the refund is processed.

Gifts:

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

All returns must be trackable shipments and service or purchase additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
