*When Will I Receive My ROVE Product?*
ROVE products are shipped for FREE via standard shipping and are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after receiving the order except for holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. We ship with First Class and Priority Mail with USPS. If you prefer UPS then please select UPS shipping method during checkout.
Please NOTE: We do NOT take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items were not received even after the tracking status shows that it was delivered from the carrier website. Once the carrier site shows that the package was delivered, then we have fulfilled our service of shipping the item to you with the valid tracking number.

*Does ROVE Ship Internationally?*
We currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada (for an extra non-refundable shipping fee). We do not ship internationally outside Canada at this time. For other countries, please try purchasing directly from our eBay Store using the International Program offered by eBay (https://www.ebay.com/str/roveinnotech) or you can also order directly from Amazon if it is shipped by Amazon directly to your country (www.amazon.com/rove).
Please Be Advised: The buyer is solely responsible for the customs charges.
*Shipping Restrictions For PO BOX, APO, or FPO Addresses:*
Shipping to PO BOX is at our discretion. If you enter a PO BOX address as a shipping address, then we reserve the right to cancel your order. If we ship to PO BOX, then once the item is delivered successfully to PO BOX as per the courier’s website, we are NOT responsible for the item NOT received claims.
NOTE: We currently do NOT ship to APO and FPO addresses.
*Shipping Policy During COVID-19 And Holidays*
Due to the Holiday Season and the ongoing increasing impact of COVID-19 across the US, carrier companies are currently unable to offer and have suspended their Service Guarantee on all shipments from any origin or destination.
All shipping displayed on the ROVE Dash Cam website is now estimated and not guaranteed by the carrier (USPS/ UPS / FedEx / DHL) or ROVE Dash Cam. We will however try to ship using First Class, Priority Mail to get your packages to you as soon as possible. While 99% of the packages are being delivered on time, however, 1% of our packages are being delayed. For those packages being delayed please see the NOTE below.
NOTE: We do NOT provide refunds for late shipments. If the package shows LATE under tracking status on the carrier's website, then we kindly request you to allow us 14 business days of waiting period from the shipping date before we can take action for desired resolution. This may include offering a replacement shipment, issuing a refund, or providing an alternative solution based on your preference and availability.
